Vegetable Samosa Chaat
This tangy starter is made from a vegetable samosa cut into pieces and mixed with chopped onion, tomato, tamarind sauce, mint sauce, Indian yoghurt, and sprinkled with Indian chaat masala.
Batata Wada
Balls of mashed potato flavored with Indian spices, dipped in chickpea batter, and deep fried.
Hara Bhara Kebab
A mixture of minced vegetables, potato, and cottage cheese, flavored with spinach and selected Indian spices, rolled into balls, coated with breadcrumbs, and then deep fried.
Vegetable Manchurian
A 'Chindia' fusion special: corn-battered minced vegetables sautéed with chopped ginger and garlic, and thickened with cornflour.
Chicken Chilli
Boneless chicken in a cornflour batter, sautéed with chili vinegar, onion, green pepper, and spices.
Chicken Pakora
Mildly-spiced vegetable fritters made of chicken, potato, chilli, onion and cauliflower dipped in a chickpea flour batter, fried, and served with our special coriander sauce.
Chole Batura
This dish is a complete meal in itself – delicious chickpeas sautéed with capsicum and sliced onions, cooked in a spicy tomato puree, served with deep fried Indian batura bread, and a small bowl of raita, onions, and lemon.
